Overview
Nezyabl-dafa Dêtîkè was founded durring the late 14th century in summer of the year 1354, by Streelvo Shonmthega. The establishment of Nezyabl-dafa Dêtîkè was plagued by a lack of willing colonists. After attempts to pay people to resettle failed Streelvo Shonmthega struck deals with nearby nations and communities to establish Nezyabl-dafa Dêtîkè as a prison colony.
Nezyabl-dafa Dêtîkè was built using the conventions of Iron Elven durring the late 14th century. Naturaly, all settlmentss have their own look to them, and Nezyabl-dafa Dêtîkè is no diffrent. The town's buildings feature timber framed wooden shiethed or brick construction, which gives form to a very formalized, rational, expence effishent arcatectural style based on strictly symmetrical designs which universaly feature pitched roofs, shutters, and the occasional column or pilaster for a decorative touch.
Nezyabl-dafa Dêtîkè is is constructed arround a series of spacious cobblestone mainstreets which form concentric circles, with smaller strait roads linking the circiles to each other at varrious points. The town is protected by a humble stone fence which is tall enough to provide adiquite cover for defenders to fire from, but no more than that. Nezyabl-dafa Dêtîkè's peasent-grade has sufferd soem light damage, reducing its function a little in some spots, but could almsot certainly preform as expected... Though some of the worse spots could lead to the loss of defenders lives if attackers identified the weaknesses ahead of time.
Nezyabl-dafa Dêtîkè has the unmistakable air of a town on its last legs. Everything is a bit slipshod and ramshackle. Everyone is at work, or drinking. No one has anything in their eyes other than fear and despair. Whatever industry once fueled Nezyabl-dafa Dêtîkè ’s existence has dried up and the town is drifting down the stream of history as it dries up. On top of this is an unmistakable feeling that Nezyabl-dafa Dêtîkè is in this condition because there is something terribly wrong with the town. Maybe it’s the way fog blankets the ground, but only in the connors of places. Maybe it’s the vermin scuttling between shadows in the corner of your eyes. Perhaps it’s the overcast sky which seemed to creep out of nowhere, or the distant howling of wolves. Maybe it’s all of those things together, or perhaps it's the way these elements combine which makes you worry someone might stab you in a dark ally for your boots. It’s not filthy, or dark, but the smiles seem strained, the locals seem to glare daggers in eachothers backs a little too much, and everyone is armed at all times. You may want to keep an eye on your valuables, and make sure you don’t wind up in any position of power. Regardless, you do not feel it would be wise to remain in Nezyabl-dafa Dêtîkè long.

History
In time immemorial, reportedly some time during the late 2nd century, Nezyabl-dafa Dêtîkè was attacked by soldiers from another nation, with orders to raid Nezyabl-dafa Dêtîkè. The details of the conflict are hazy at best due to many conflicting accounts. What is known is Nezyabl-dafa Dêtîkè lost 144 people, 187 livestock, and 72 buildings. The conflict ended after roughly 168, when members of Nezyabl-dafa Dêtîkè's militia enacted an operation to recruit a particular solgiers group. The operation was complicated by an outbreak of plague which struck the ranks, killing many and laying low many more. The conflict ended with pitched battle between both forces, which ended in defeat for Nezyabl-dafa Dêtîkè's forces. The war is remembered in legend by Nezyabl-dafa Dêtîkè's bards, historians, and legend keepers.
